I remeber Ssam Mitchel talking about talented the pups Wiggins, KAT, Lavine were but also about how uneducated they were in the fundamentals. He was saying it was a crime the coaching they got because they were so ignorant of very basic fundamental things. He was trying to teach them that stuff while he was coach.

I think today Lavine, Wiggins, and Towns still show a lack of some very fundamental things. I think its really important to coach the bad habits out and fill in those knowledge gaps early in a players development. Ant also has some of these issues and I really hope Finch has been putting in work to try and fix them.

It really does limit you when you BBball IQ is not able to catch up to your talent. We can’t let Ant go any more season without getting an understanding of some of his bggger mental/knowledge flaws.
