Hey guys! Hope it’s the right place to post this. Sunday is my first sunday night game. I’ve never been to Cincy and I’m a solo traveller (female). I’ve got some questions (concerns) about safety and leaving the stadium late Being a solo woman is kind of scary and I really don’t want to miss this game for being afraid.

  1. I read that the streetcar usually goes until 1am on sunday games, but couldn’t find anything about this sunday. If so, is it safe to get back using it?

  2. If I need to take an Uber, should I be expecting It to take some time or leave the game a little early? Is there a specific Uber pickup spot at the stadium where I will be safe waiting? The prices go crazy after the game?

  3. Is there any area around the stadium or few blocks close that I should avoid?

  4. I assume that inside the stadium I’ll be 100% safe, correct?

If anyone can help me, I’ll be forever grateful.

I always found it hard to catch an Uber after games because of how much foot traffic and Uber requests there likely are. I usually park across the river and walk over the bridge to dodge all of the traffic leaving the game. But, it all really depends where your hotel is. If your hotel is near UC Campus and plan on walking north through Over-the-Rhine, I definitely wouldn’t go too far north by yourself on foot. If it’s downtown, you could definitely stay around a crowd by the time you get to the hotel. If your hotel is in Northern Kentucky just over in Covington, I would think you could stay in a crowd long enough to get back to the hotel. Be careful! Have fun! We’ll be in section 216!
