This last QB School video and a few other analysis are showing the true root of the problem. We are not strong at LG at all. Since Christensen has gone down it’s been a turnstile and causing more issues with LT and C play. We could’ve tried trading for Ezra Cleveland at the deadline but I’m guessing there’s something going on with the FO that kept us quiet. I feel Zavala coming back is the hope but I’m more intrigued to see Cade Mays there. Neither Throckmorton or Zaval has proven to be ready or able so we should put our best back up OL there and see if he’s got the chops.
Chuba has been the better runner, but there’s been multiple CLEAR pass protection busts that he’s been responsible for this year. We have a conundrum here. Either Hubbard exacerbates the protection issues, or Sanders comes in and averages 0.5 ypc.
