I know we’re damn near crucifying this kid, but bro.

This is 27 minutes of play. His defense has taken a dip. He’s playing with Cade and other players now and has take multiple wide open shots which have either resulted into bricks or air balls. His defenders don’t even give the slightest of fucks when he’s on the court and it actually hurts Cade which is probably why he turns the ball over MORE when Killian is on the court. Enough with the “he has potential” talk. He’s playing worse than last year and the year before AND THATS NOT SAYING MUCH. I’m sorry, I know how much some of you love Killian. But enough is enough, I used to be the biggest defender of this kid (I swear) but watching him score 32 POINTS, in 5 games is absolutely absurd when Cade almost dropped the same amount as this kid has in a game. I don’t know if it’s Monty or Troy or whatever the hell, but forget putting him on the bench, trade his ass if you even can. We have had 4 years body of work. Maybe I’m just an idiot, idk anymore I want suggestions on what to do with this kid. “But he’s playing under a new coach!” So is everyone else and Ausar is playing for the first time in the NBA and has already made more of impact in 5 games than Killian has in 4 years. “But he’s getting confidence back.” I’ve actually seen people use this as an excuse. “He’s only 22!” Ivey is younger and already playing better. Like way better.” So where am I lost? God forbid we trade this kid, and he decides to be the second coming of James Harden and he shows flashes of his ability like we’ve seen before like when he crossed up McDaneils and hit a 3 or his dimes from half court. We’d never hear the end of it. What are your thoughts? Am I psychotic? Did I just write this entire post to kill time until I go to work in 2 hours? Yes, but that doesn’t deter the fact that we still employ Killian Hayes. Good night and good morning.
Some players will just never have it at NBA level. Killian is one of those guys, just like Stanley Johnson. It is LONG overdue to move on from him, he’s now costing us games being in the lineup period. Ivey and Sasser need all his minutes.
