“Since David Tepper took over the Carolina Panthers, this has not been a good franchise, they haven’t been well run, it was a disaster with Matt Rhule, and now they’re trying to find new and creative ways to ruin Bryce Young and the potential promise that they he represented when they took him with the first overall pick. The Carolina Panthers are a dysfunctional franchise right now, and I don’t know anyone could argue otherwise.”

I am literally a nobody and could run this franchise better than he has been the last 5 years.

How? By just not doing anything negligent against the players or the franchise.

You can tell the decisions that were made were done by only looking at analytics and media headlines, not by watching or understanding football.

Don’t waste 20m and create bad blood by disowning Cam. Don’t sign Bridgewater and Darnold? (still a huge WTF moment for me) Don’t trade away our generational talent RB. Don’t trade away our best receiver that’s statistically top 5 in the league since he was drafted if you take away QB error. Don’t trade up this year and wait for a much more talented class next year. Use the first for something important like a lineman or offensive weapon. We could have easily gotten Trey Lance and actually tried with him for nothing. Or tanked and still had a first.

I know y’all will say it’s easy to talk like this in hindsight but all of this I was severely adamant about before it happened or before we saw the results of the action. If you don’t believe me scroll back through the years and check my comment history.

A LOT of you are on board and love whatever Tepper does until it doesn’t work and then you flip your stance. I for one have been singing the same tune from the start
