Was it really the Arc Warden though? Even if that were scripting, he would’ve had to turn around a bit to hex that Tide. Then again, that mouse movement looks completely sus.
Anyway, I think Hoodwink was the one who used hex, but that Arc Warden is most definitely doing weird shit.
