Since you all seemed to enjoy the last one, I figured we could make it a little harder by choosing folks who we either know or suspect are not good at what they do, seem pretty untrustworthy, and/or are generally terrible people.

    I think I’ll go with Pedro. He pass to get his real estate license. Plus, I’m still their to make the final decisions, and there a review.
