Why do so many people play this game like it’s COD ?? They never reinforce, lack an attention span longer than 5 seconds, and any thinking you put in to this game is considered being a “sweaty tryhard”. To top it off, they will usually hijack comms with discord, so you’re almost guaranteed to never hear call outs, since they are too busy looking at you as the enemy, talking crap/critiquing you behind discord, since you’re not in their stack. The egos in this game are outrageously cringe. If you kill them you’re just a no life sweaty tryhard, but if they kill you, well, you just suck and need to “Git GuD”.
I’d attribute it to the QM changes. Like Standard is a joke because nobody reinforces. I resorted to playing ranked for the first time because QM is dead and they killed Standard by changing QM to what it is now.
What I want to know is how the matchmaking works.
I started playing Ranked and I lucked a few wins in a row at the start with AWFUL stats compared to my non ranked play and on my 5th game I’m playing with Emeralds and plats. I’m not even out of copper yet.
There’s a lot that doesn’t make sense in this game.
