I think where he truly falls short of the most elite is on plays where he needs to extend a play with his legs and improvise but instead does his best impression of the Saddam Hussein statue being pulled down. Seriously, even a touch of mobility makes the job of the opposing secondary (and the entire defensive scheme) much more complicated and gives your receivers time to be crafty, work and get separation.
