Riot needs to accept that they can never buff support without making bot Seraphine op, and support will never be strong unless they rework Seraphine’s kit. Riot should stop forcing her to be an enchanter when she is better as a mage. Support players still like to build mage items like Liandry’s on her even though it’s not the most optimal now. Support Seraphine players want to play Seraphine how she was originally intended, but not have to deal with farming and the other responsibilities that mid and bot laners have.

It’s very frustrating that Riot has done all these changes for nothing. And by the way, these changes were not viewed favorably by the majority of Seraphine mains. Now she is just not a strong scaling champion like she was before and no one was asking for that change. Riot please revert Seraphine.
