What is the downside to buying a buying a bike with a special construction title? It almost feels like a dirty word in the chopper world as opposed to a Harley title and I don’t know why. I don’t see the big deal. If it was a more vintage model it would bring down the resale value. But if you like then it shouldn’t matter.
