Modern Warfare 3 is out today, November 10, and already Activision has had to pull various multiplayer maps out of the game because of spawn points that were causing absolute carnage.
After the feedback they got from the beta, Sledgehammer overhauled the spawn system for launch. They didn’t have time to work out all the kinks it seems. From what I’ve played the spawns are mostly fine, there’s just a couple of circumstances with horribly broken spawns
