I got my steam deck this year. I have been having troubles with it ever since. I got the most expensive model and the dock. I constantly have issues with the internet, where it won’t let me switch to online mode if I switched to offline mode without restarting the deck, where games(dead space being the most recent one) saying I’m in offline mode when I’m not and I’m connected to internet that works for all my other devices). I often can’t launch games in offline mode like power wash sim. The gyro will randomly stop working even when I have both fingers on the analog stic. thA hat in time, which was fine at first, which seems to work fine for others on deck, constantly is fucky on mine now and it just started randomly while playing and at first it kicked me out of the game and wouldn’t let m launch it anymore. Downloaded mods for them to all disappear, the loading menu looks fucked on mine, the time played showed on the deck keeps changing to hours before what it actually is and being wacky. (I’ve verified the install and conmpletely deleted and reinstalled multiple times. And don’t get me started on desktop mode. Issues when connected to a monitor, even if I have disabled the steam deck as a monitor, it will bring up windows and not show them as if it’s shown on another monitor, sometimes connecting to a monitor causes the entire desktop to just freeze and all the icons disappear and I have to turn off th steamdeck to get it to work again. When using desktop mode handheld the buttons will just randomly stop working and I have to restart the deck to get it to work again. The keys board will come up with steam +X and then that will randomly stop working and I can’t bring up the keyboard anymore. This is just the top of the iceberg and I’ve barely done anything with it . I’ve only played games that are completely verified For steam deck and the only thing I’ve downloaded in desktop mode is prism launcher and I’ve been experiencing these issues way before then
