Okay, i feel like you’re confused right now, what I’m talking about is when you’re playing and there is a cutscene and then starts the gameplay and the gameplay is YOU JUST WALKING WITH NPC TALKING AND GOING VERY SLOWLY TO SOMEWHERE WHERE THERE IS ANOTHER CUTSCENE AND THEN STARTS AN ACTUAL GAMEPLAY.

Like for real, just moving L3 up (or pressing W) for 30 seconds for a cutscene or actual gameplay is this silent type “driving me crazy” thing lmao.
