    I mean you don’t hear anyone talking about van Basten either right? He won 3 ballon d’ors b4 the age of 28!! Imo it’s basically the passing of time. Unless you have a massive impact like Pele, Maradona or Cruyff, you’ll see massive talents like Platini, Van Basten and many more fade away slowly.

    However with the new digital era and all the clips and youtube videos, its gonna be much better.
