I’ve been watching football for a while now and I’ve seen managers get red cards but I’ve just seen Erik ten Hag get a yellow card and I’m wondering what they actually do?

    Same for players. Erik just got his 3rd this season, getting a touchline ban. This means in the next game (Everton H) he will be watching from the stands, as his assistant, Steve McClaren replaces him.
