I just want to acknowledge how great Kat looked tonight, particularly with his attitude. This was the chippiest game of the season so far. It was physical, arguments going on, and many hard fouls but Kat kept his head clear, didn’t partake, and controlled himself. He was efficient on the offensive end and solid on the defensive end, even when guarding on the perimeter. He put in a ton of effort tonight and it really paid off. Only one foul on the night was a welcome surprise. Tonight he really looked comfortable in the lineup. If Kat can keep up this kind of effort on both ends of the floor, control his body and keep the fouls down, and stay cool headed like he did tonight, we can definitely keep up this level of play.
