You know who is an efficient bench scorer this year that could potentially be within our price range? Danilo Gallinari.
If the goal is to get a sparkplug scorer for cheap, he’s been one of the best in the league so far this year.
You might have to do some fancy finagling, like using the TPE to acquire Rubio and then using his salary to match for Gallo. Note that you can flip Rubio immediately, but you can’t aggregate him with other players. In this instance, aggregating salaries wouldn’t matter because Rubio’s contract matches Gallo’s perfectly.
