Got mine from sportscardforum, they have addresses with success rates. I’m assuming the address is for his house and it has a 100% success rate from over 116 different submissions to said house. Got my card back signed from him in maybe 1-3 weeks and he doesn’t charge a fee. Latest success was from August of this year, though people keep sending cards, so I’d say it’s more than likely going straight to him. Just could potentially take a while to get back to you.
