Even with the full notes on it posted by another user: https://imgur.com/a/nEcOHqd It’s essentially a nerf with no long range targetting and less survivability. The only good thing is that he can slow down ball/doom a little bit if they get caught in the trap. OW2 is such a trash downgrade from OW1.
