08 Lexus Rx350, replace all front tie rods, new front struts, front sway bar links, and an alignment.

The steering wheel is slightly crooked to the left maybe 1-3 degrees. If I let go of the wheel after manually centering it, it will settle crooked to the left, when driving. The steering also pulls pretty quickly to the left, I have to constantly put slight right-turn pressure on the wheel to keep the car driving straight, BUT even when driving straight, the steering wheel is crooked to the left.

AFAIK the steering being crooked is separate from the actual alignment, but the fact that there’s a strong left pull that wasn’t there before I took it in, combined with a left crooked wheel, what could be going on?

They will try again tomorrow to check the alignment but they test drove it and are acting confused, kept saying that everything is in green on paper, and that it might be my rear control arms being a bit worn (They did not mention this before agreeing to do the front suspension work and alignment, so seems shady)
