Step 1: lose as many games as possible. And get a top 2/3 pick in the draft.

Step 2: fire both Head Coach Bill and OC Billy O. Clear house on most of Bills coaching team outside of Jerrod Mayo.

Step 3: Hire Ben Johnson(Lions) or Brian Johnson(Eagles) as the Head coach.

Step 4: Hire Mike Borgonzi(KC) or Adam Peters(San Francisco) to be the new GM.

Step 5: cut JC Jackson. Trade Devante Parker and JSS for whatever picks we can get.

Step 6: Sign Michael Pittman as our WR1/2 and Resign Kendrick Bourne. Resign Dugger and Michael Onwenu.

Step 7: Draft Marvin Harrison Jr with pick 2/3, OT in round 2 and trade up from round 3 to late 2nd for Jayden Daniels.

Step 8: Draft TE in round 4, a running back in Round 5 and Defense in the rest.
