General reminder that many changes cannot be easily datamined, such as functionality changes or bugfixes, and are not always final.
Some of these were added on previous days, but they were pretty spread out or individually minor so I didn’t make a post.
Champions
Ashe:
- ARAM only:
- W cooldown: 18s-4s --> 18s constant
- R cooldown: 100s / 80s / 60s –> 110s / 90s / 70s
- no longer receives -30 ability haste (still has -10% damage dealt and +2.5% tAS)
Azir:
- these changes are intended to make Azir have more intuitive synergies, particularly in Arena
- W now applies onhit and onattack effects to the primary target at 50% effectiveness (100% in Arena)
- W damage:
- base from spell rank: 50-118 --> 50-110
- base from levelups: 2-92 @ 10-18 –> 2-77 @ 10-18
- comparison (note: gives no value for levels 1-9 since you would gain value already from W rankups)
- AP scaling: 60% --> 55%
Briar:
- they accidentally undid her 13.22 changes when they added some Arena changes for her, but this has now been fixed
- base health: 610 --> 590
- W2 missing health bAD scaling: 3.5%% --> 2.5%%
Corki:
- now replaces Aftershock with Grasp
- now replaces Glacial Augment with First Strike
- now replaces Font of Life with Demolish
- this one is weird, no other champ replaces Font of Life, did they forget it works on slows?
Elise:
- had some QOL changes and rescripts earlier, but have now been reverted, will probably come back next cycle
Janna:
- W cooldown: 9s-7s --> 8s-6s
- W cast range: 650 center range –> 550 edge range
- equivalent to 670 / 680 / 695 center range for small / medium / large champions at base sizes
- R cooldown: 150s / 135s / 120s –> 130s / 115s / 100s
Jarvan IV:
- Q cooldown: 10s-6s --> 10s-8s
K’Sante:
- was briefly set to swap Hexflash for Magical Footwear, but this has now been reverted (there were a couple data tweaks concerning the charge time that implies they might have found a different way to fix the associated bug with W and Hexflash)
- P ult mark damage amp: 45% / 60% / 75% @ 1 / 11 / 16 –> 30%-78% lerp 6-18 (equivalent to 30% / 50% / 70% @ 1 / 11 / 16)
- Q base damage: 30-150 --> 30-130
- Q cost: 15 constant --> 28-20
- W “min duration” tooltip corrected: 0.65s --> 0.75s
- E shield: 45-125 +15% bHP --> 50-210 +10% bHP
- R base attack damage: 15 / 30 / 45 –> 10 / 25 / 40
Naafiri:
- P dog base AD: 6-29.8 lerp --> 5-25 lerp
