Yes b’y we finally made it to the 2023 season opener. Proud of everyone for getting here, so let’s celebrate it by sharing some predictions for what’s in store for this year.
I’ll start:
- Cavs finish 3rd in the East, drawing the 76ers in the first round
- Mobley takes that leap in terms of scoring, yet frustrates us to hell and back with only a 70% clip from the line. Finishes 2nd in DPOY voting behind Wemby
- Koby ends up being the third / fourth team in either the Embiid or Harden deals and somehow miraculously gets us a true starting caliber SF
- Niang proves to be an excellent addition in terms of floor spacing & scoring netting 42% from range
- Scientists confirm Wemby is actually two Evan Mobleys stacked on top of eachother underneath a trench coat. Chuck claims to Ernie that he knew the whole time, Shaq knows the truth tho

Boston with Jrue and Kristaps is a serious level up. I’m really interested to see who stays healthy down the stretch and how that effects seeding this year
