For how badly the NBA seems to be trying to push this in season tournament, it’s insanely confusing.

I can’t find the standings for it on ESPN anywhere, first off. Second, I thought the tournament started last week: the Lakers have gone like 2-2 last 4 games, but I checked NBA.com and their in season tournament group record is 1-0. How? Which one of their games was the tournament game? On ESPN the subtext on every game has said “group play.”

How do we know which upcoming games are part of the tournament and which are normal reg season games? Did anyone tell us how the groups were decided? What the F is this.
