I think we all just need to breathe, and I’m not trying to come off condescending.

A loss to the Vikings is going to hurt extra, and that game was a total collapse. But it’s the bye week, so fans and players alike can take a break.

I’m even hearing some people claim Carr is giving up in the 1st quarter… that shot he took should wipe out that opinion. That was a man trying to do way too much forcing a play to get us something and made one of the most critical mistakes an NFL QB can make - stepping too deep into a pocket. I promise, he’s trying.

I still have faith this offense can work. We’re in a great year to be mediocre. Expecting a Super Bowl in Carrs first year with DA and PC was a mega reach. It’d be great just to get a cheap division crown to me.

Stay positive WDN! Lotta football left!

Of course. Mediocrity in one’s life usually means something needs a little or a big change. But we have no control over this football team. None of us run any aspect of it. It’s our job to be supportive and be a loyal fanbase. Bitching and moaning to everyone and anyone who will listen is not just “disliking mediocrity”. It’s aggravating and disrespectful to a lot of us real fans who will root hard for the 2-12 Saints either way.

There’s healthy complaining and pure ridiculous negativity. Unfortunately our fanbase has an assload of the latter.

I mean if you wanna support a team that constantly spits in your face every week, go right ahead. They put a poor product on the field week after week and expect fans to spend their hard earned money on tickets, merch, etc. No thanks.
