I see comments that AZ Family was trying to charge more, and that’s why YTTV dropped them. Is there proof of that? When Xavier Gutierrez was on PHNX a couple weeks back talking about the OTA stuff he said the problem they have with the streaming and satellite services is they are taking the “that’s a local channel problem” approach. That’s why none of them are doing anything with the Scripps Sports 15.2 that the Coyotes are on. It’s a “local subchannel” so they don’t want to pay anything for rights.
Either way, it sucks. I have an antenna but it’s not perfect (I’m in the NW Valley and in the evenings the signal kinda drops off on some channels). Plus no DVR option. I know this whole OTA thing is kinda unchartered waters, so hopefully this gets sorted for the streaming services soon.
