So i was using my grandmas laptop for a while it has a windows software update which said it was critcal. I started it and came back to this, the issue is still persisting in bios and it is not going away, will it take more time? do i revert back to older windows? please help.
it does have backlight bleed but not this bad, on startup the laptop starts out with white borders and purple stuff then returns to white borders. all this happened after installing a windows update
