I think the Bills struggles are from a myriad of problems, one of which was Dorsey. We’ve got people saying that the Bills offense is the easiest to prep for because they don’t do anything, and i agree. If you look at the creativity from play calling in the last 3 years or so to now, it’s nonexistent. However, I do believe Josh is playing bad ball recently. I don’t wanna hear shit about his numbers— numbers also say the Bills are one of the most efficient offensive teams in the league, which is laughable. Feel free to given an explanation in the comments. Go Bills!

I think I’m harder on Josh than most people. There’s been a lot of criticism of Dorsey lately, most of it valid, but it’s still on Josh to read the defense, make necessary adjustments/audibles, and when the play is live make the correct read and make a good throw (or run it). He hasn’t done any of those things consistently this year.

A lot of the interceptions he’s thrown have just been stupid decisions where he had other options available to him which is the most frustrating part to me, it’s like once every 10 plays he reverts to 2018 and just throws a piss missile into the heaviest coverage he can see so he can look cool.

The strangest part to me is he’s never been doing this stuff since mid way last season,

His interception numbers in 2019 and 2020 were low.

I agree with this, BUT, isn’t it Dorsey’s job to see that Allen is struggling with maybe a more complex adjustment/audible scheme and adjust play calling accordingly? I think it really does take the right OC/QB combo to make it work. And to your point, some of it on Josh, but they’re not going to fire their franchise QB.
