Though I leave now an update.

First of must say support was great. Response was fairly quick they tried their best in diagnosing over the distance if it can be fixed. And also quickly sent out a replacement. After some back and forth with FedEx (they are just not made to serve residential recipients in Germany).

And now I am a proud user of an Framework 13 AMD. And overall I think it’s a pretty neat machine. Only one issue atm but that’s not a Framework issue. That is me using Linux instead of macOS (so used to the touch gestures). But I am getting there. My first experiences of using a none headless Linux outside of a server.
