I dont remember this exact play, but if the progression for the play take him to DJ until the 4th option and in a scheme where you dont want to hold onto the ball long he is likely throwing it prior to looking at his 4th guy. QBs miss open guys bc of this, it happens to all of them, especially QBs with less experience and that dont usually have a ton of time in the pocket to sit there and let every route develop
