At first I wasn’t a believer of him coming out of college when he first got drafted but now I can say Howell has improved at the QB position for the Commanders. But does Sam have that ability to be one of the elite in this league? I would say yes if he had a true #1 receiver in the sense of having an All Pro All World receiver. Especially if you give him a receiver like Diggs, Hill, Metcalf, Kupp, Chase, Jefferson, etc. in Washington and he would actually be elite. That’s not to say Terry McLaurin or Curtis Samuel can’t be that for him. They could but Howell can throw the deep ball and his accuracy is there plus he can run the football. You guys have a real gem in Washington.

By his own high standards, Terry has not been his usual self this season tbf.
