During the setup process for the laptop it asks you a email and she used the wrong one (personal and it should have been the company email). What can she do to change the account to use the correct email? Thanks.

    (Using instructions for windows 10 but the process is basically the same, may just be in a different part of settings) Open settings on the device, then accounts, and try to find the option along the lines of ‘Switch to local account’

    Once you’ve done that, the laptop won’t have an associated microsoft account and the local account option will have changed to ‘sign in with a microsoft account instead.’ You can now login with the correct account
