Basically every team has a well above average perimeter shooting game against us. Random scrubs are consistently popping off from three against us on any given night. Law of averages means nothing when your perimeter defense is either non existent or horribly inconsistent.

This has been an issue for multiple seasons which leads me to believe it’s more of a coaching issue. Why can’t our coaching staff accept that this no perimeter defense scheme ain’t it? How many times does a team have to have a ‘surprisingly good’ night from 3 before shit changes?

As a long time fan it’s incredibly frustrating seeing an obvious issue go unresolved for so long. Teams obviously scheme for the 3 ball because they know we can’t/won’t guard the perimeter. I know this has been said a million times before but that makes it even more frustrating.

Just trying to understand what the team mindset is and what the coaching staff/players could possibly be thinking?
