Why don’t the Wolves give Shake Milton’s minutes to Leonard Miller or Troy Brown? I know it’s only been 10 games, but he’s been seriously underwhelming. His role appears to be to bring up the ball, dribble for 8-10 seconds, and then pass to someone else. When he’s open on the three-point line, he doesn’t bother shooting, so he ends up pump faking, driving up, and passing out. He also can’t stay in front of his man on defense and ends up fouling often.

If we need someone to bring the ball up, Leonard Miller is already doing it in the G-League, so he could take Shake’s minutes. He can also stay in front of his man, rebound, make some plays, and hit an open three. Realistically, it seems that Troy will be taking his minutes based on Finch’s postgame interview. Troy works hard on defense and will most likely give us 1-2 threes a game. Whatever it is, these two guys will provide more than Shake.

personally, i don’t think shake has been that bad or at least as bad as people seem to think he’s playing. his splits aren’t great and he’s had a down offensive year to start the season much like naw but he’s been playing hard defence and his size is great for the system we’re playing. the offence will come so whilst i’d love to see leonard or josh get minutes i don’t think shaking it up to get them minutes is a good idea. their opportunity will come with injuries
