Say I want a celebrity “voice” available from a front end I intend to distribute, or find a chub card so useful I feel everyone should have it?

It may be rude, and I intend to cite sources a bit, but I want to know a quick bit of legality and how much name change makes things a safe parody. I also want to get a feel for the community attitude around front ends with baked in default personalities.
