Without Oubre we look really bad. We need to find more players who can step up. I want to see Springer get a lot of play time.

We need to start crunching the numbers and see who is a good volume scorer we can get without giving away too much. This team needs someone willing to shoot. Always has. That’s why I loved the Oubre signing.
