I really enjoyed the rooting guides last year, nowhere to be found now in a tight playoff race

Don’t have percentages but this week we want in order of impact:

  • Bears over Lions

  • 49ers over Bucs

  • Giants over Commies

  • saints over falcons? (Thinking we want the saints to pull away from the NFCS and keep the falcons away from 7th seed)

  • Chargers over Packers

  • Rams over Seahawks (want Seahawks to slide down to improve our seeding as their schedule is tough, but this does improve our chances of getting 6th or 5th seed)

  • Panthers over Cowboys (if the boys lose a few games we have a chance of passing them for 5th or 6th seed)

    According to upshot you’re correct except for Saints-Falcons. Apparently when they play (next week btw, they’re on byes this week), a Falcons W is better for our playoff odds. No clue what the logic is.

    We also want Chiefs over Eagles because it helps our very realistic dreams of getting the 1 seed ;)
