Im thinking with weight lifting and throwing repetition, a QB should be able to move the needle in the right direction.
I think his arm strength is fine. They pulled him out on the “hail mary” to save him from taking a big hit, in case the play was slow to develop and the pass blocking broke down. He’s got a cannon.
