Sometimes when I start the car, it starts with the roar and other times it’s barely noticeable that the car is on. Is this a feature of the car or is there something wrong with the CPU?

If I had to guess the exhaust flap is closed. But what determines if the car will start with the flap open or closed.

(Don’t ask about weather. Weather is irrelevant. It happens regardless of the temp)
