All it says = order was canceled and no mention of a refund status. I still have the points from the purchase. I never received a refund confirmation and $ was taken from my payment method.
I opened a ticket 16h ago as well and never got an answer.
Could it be because they are overwhelmed? I assumed if someone cancelled the sale, they could also accept the refund. Since they don’t have live chat, what do i do? it’s $1100 Canadian i can’t lose.
It could take days for the funds to show up into your account even after they accept the refund. Stop panicking, you’re not going to lose any money.
