I think when we talk about legends we seem to forget about Hakeem a little bit. Maybe it had to do with playing for the Rockets. I looked at his reg season and his playoff averages and it’s just fascinating what he did. I’ve watched his playoff highlights on YouTube. Probably the first ever finesse centre in the NBA who exceeded in his craft (Kareem maybe so too). To me it’s also mind blowing that he won back to back championships. Sure MJ wasn’t around, but there were some very good teams and very good players in the NBA during that time. The fact that Hakeem did that is what makes him a true legend in my eyes. What is your take on Hakeem, all time and the way he played?
