If you think about it wouldn’t it be more beneficial to purposefully tank out of the NBA in season tournament because you avoid having an extra game in the regular season against a tougher opponent? Why would the mavericks want to win this game if it means Luka will have to play a tough extra game during the season… everyone knows the NBA is all about the playoffs.
