441 days to gain 5000 mmr means he needs 11mmr a day well done. I seem to be able to gain -25 a day haha

Meanwhile I lost 200 MMR since he started playing, and that’s with the recent 14 game win streak

if you want to be like him, you guys need coach that will help you improve your gameplay. Grubby join the pro player circle (like jenkins, n0tail, gorgc, etc) so he learn something that can’t be learned by playing solo.

i also like that in the past. when i first time playing dota i have a friend. lets say 2 new player (me (A) & my friend (B) and experienced friends who has 2,6k and 4,4k. me (A) always playing with 4k (normal all pick) and my friend always tell me what to do. while my friend (B) always playing with 2k. in 4 month i reach 4k while my friend B and my friend 2,6k still stay on 2k.

simply, A playing with 4,4k in 4 month reach 4k . B playing with 2,6k in 4 month reach 2k. that means coaching is important, experienced coach will help u improve. for example learn simple things how to chase enemy in the trees (press A on the ground), don’t destroy sentries when u put observer ward, roshan timing and many simple things that u can’t learn by playing solo. and also in the past dota was very complex.

So if u want to be like him, YOU NEED COACH!

I thought him being in the community is already a win for us, he just has a very good judgement of games and he probably cure a lot of people who has “I played well, my team shit” mentality. forsen

What I do not understand is, 53% winrate? His win-lose stats are not that impressive honestly.

People have to remember MMR inflation = the more you play the better. This is also key to his gain.
