My reputation will not go up to Exemplary. For some context I used to be Exemplary then got 2 accidental TKs about 2 weeks ago. Since then I got 1 accidental TK. I am not sure what is going on I always hype up my team give callouts and get commended almost every game. I currently have about 200 commendations total, and one instance of friendly fire (accidental). I don’t understand why it wont go up. Does anyone know how I can get my reputation back to exemplary?

Side note what are the rewards for good reputation? From my experience there are no really meaningful rewards my Alpha Pack drops seem the same. I have noticed more renown though.
