Anyone else having issues with this hunk charging?

I’ll plug it in and leave it for hours, have left overnight a few times now to force it to be fully charged, yet half the time when I’ll turn it on it’ll only have partially charged. Like yeah if you can actually get it fully charged it takes a good bit to dwindle down, but I haven’t been able to get it fully charged in a long time. Anyone else ever have this issue?
