car drips oil... but only after running?

It’s so weird, I even thought it was fixed because I left the car stationed for a month and the oil level stayed the same, but when I use the car it starts dripping, it loses about 500ml each day.

I’m certain it drips, after using it I get a lot of dripples in the carter, and I will get a small puddle of oil, but if I don’t turn on the car again it will simply stop drippling oil.

my mechanic is certain I need a new oil deposit, he says my last mechanic messed the screw and that it’s drippling from there, that the whole oil deposit is full of oil below because of the air when you drive.

If this was the case I would eventually run out of oil right? but the car will only drip after driving, never heard of something like this before, what is it?
