Hali is better and has been for almost 2 years and i’ve been saying as much. But its funny seeing the consensus shift now after just 11 games. 2 months ago saying Hali was better would have gotten you killed

There are a lot of small basketball details that make him better, but the biggest reason is his likeability. His current teammates are so excited to play with him. They run the wings harder, move the ball quicker, and play more confidently (because of him). Being able to “play” and not “think” is a massive deal, and the confidence that Hali empowers his teammates with allows them to do this consistently.
Steve Nash had the same quality as well.
This also means that more players will want to play with him down the road.
