Valve have no plans on releasing any version of the Steam Deck in your country. The only people who will allow you to buy them are resellers, but even then, you can buy competitor portable PCs for lower prices and also the implication that Valve will eventually crack down on these resellers.

Guess I lucked out and got one before valve cracked down resellers in my region lol. Would love to see steam deck 2 come out in SEA and South America with localised prices.
