I am 34 and have many Greg hair in beard and around side burns. How come Djokovic or Cristiano Rinaldo have none? Do they color once a week or everyday??

I am not planning to dye. Having neatly trimmed hair with salt pepper look is fine
Totally luck of the draw. I started going gray in my 20’s. Now the sides of my head are almost completely gray in my mid-30’s. My dad was completely gray by the time he was 40, though I don’t think I’ll quite be that bad.
My brother, on the other hand, 6 years old than me. Not a gray hair on his head.
tennis on average extends life expectancy by 5-7 years. meaning if you play and play extremely well you don’t have to worry about greg hair until after at lest 40 years old
look at nadal he had beautiful long hair during the time he played amazing
now that he is not that great player his hair left him
